How long will my items take to ship?
Please allow 1-3 days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping. Additionally please be aware that USPS may not be honoring posted transit times. We are unfortunately not able to take financial responsibility for their shipping delays and any refunds for delayed deliveries will need to be addressed with the shipping courier. Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout but unaccounted for by the customer will not be reimbursed or replaced.
KEEP IN MIND SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO COVID AND THE WEATHER!
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United States. We are currently expanding and will let you know as soon as we ship international.
Can I return my items?
NO RETURNS EXCHANGES ONLY! All items looking to be exchanged must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact! Exchanges are no longer acceptable after 14 days. If you are approved for a exchange we will notify you.
DUE TO COVID THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNTIL FUTHER NOTICE!
How does your products fit?
Please refer to our sizing page to see sizing information for each of our products.
Do you accept pre-orders?
Yes we do, keep in mind items labeled as pre-order can take up 5 business days to be made for our hand made items and 1-3 business days to be shipped. If you would like any custom made items send us a email or message on our socials. Contact us if you have any questions.
Will all items be restocked?
A few items are very limited and could possibly not be restocked for months.
